Feeling Blue?

According to the Dictionary blue can be defined as, "the pure color of a clear sky; the primary color between green and violet in the visible spectrum, an effect of light with a wavelength between 450 and 500 nm." Sounds good to me. Blue hangs out on the cool palette and often gets associated with winter, sadness, a particular style of music, that little detective dog that children seem very fond of and a myriad of other things that don't directly have to do with the color itself. Blue is both breezy and complex. I have seen people with blue hair, blue eyes, blue nails and blue cars. There was even that fantastic song, titled, "I'm blue". Do you remember that melodious wonder?

i'm blue da ba dee da ba die...

i have a blue house with a blue window.
blue is the colour of all that i wear.
blue are the streets and all the trees are blue.
i have a girlfriend and she is so blue.
blue are the people here that walk around,
blue like my corvette, it's standing outside.
blue are the words i say and what i think.
blue are the feelings that live inside me.

You are welcome for that little blue treat. Another blue treat you should give yourself is Miles Davis', Kind of Blue, accompanied with a good soak in the tub and the beverage of your choice.

Cheers mates...
