Stolen Recipe

This recipe is from The Pioneer Woman. My sister-in-law made them for a party and I think I threw an elbow to get to the plate before anyone else. She then graciously gave me the Pioneer Woman Cookbook for Christmas. This cookbook is the gift that keeps on giving. I have attached the recipe below. I will say that gloves and goggles are a must. I love spicy, but not down my lungs. My sweet husband and I had to tag team this endeavor during the pitting seeds portion and took turns wiping each other's noses. I also have a guilty confession, I would snag an extra cream cheese and add to those jalapenos that don't overflow with the white goodness. Caution, not for the calorie conscious.

I am coveting this crafty letter-press from Paper-Source. Wouldn't that be a fun Saturday morning... creating some homemade letter press and catching up on some overdue correspondence with friends over a cup of coffee and some tunes.
